Which of these can be a threat to the achievement of your goals? If you identify threats to your goals, make a decision to stop them. List out what you need to start doing that will help you in the achievement of your goals. Once you start taking little steps, you will find that your goals are gradually being accomplished.

Your personal development plan will enable you move from point A to point B. You need to also plan to develop new skills that will move you forward in life. There is something new to learn to achieve your goals. Do not stay with the skills you learnt in the past but acquire better ones that will enhance your personal development.

You may need to talk to a career counsellor if you desire to change jobs; to lose weight, you will need a fitness professional or coach and in order to improve your finances, you can consult a financial advisor.
Step 8: Measure your progress
It is good to assess the progress you have made in the pursuit of your goals. You will need to identify and write down the areas where you are doing well. It is said that you cannot be doing the same things over and over while still expecting change. In the areas where you are not doing too well, identify what can be done better. To improve, try to develop new strategies.
