Let us consider a gym goer's personal development plan. For beginner, the personal development plan may consist of only warm up exercises, much of the jogging, skipping, stretching etc, which at gradual level after certain consistent weeks may turn in to a vigorous knee wrenching jogging, weight lifting, working on a machine etc, Sometimes this type of personal development plan might be of long term ( 6 Months to 1 Year) or it can be of short period of time in case the gymer is simply getting back on track to his regular exercises after a short 1 or 2 week's break.
For a professional jogger the best examples of personal
development plan is to jog for at least 2 to 3 miles, then vigorous speed running for 1 to 2 miles. Then again 1 to 2 miles of regular jogging ending up with 1 miles of regular walk.(The ideal way to get back to normal heart beats.) The increment or decrement in miles and minutes of jogging however is subject matter of an individual's physical health, medical conditions. Better consider before implementing.
